Role Description:Â HIP Investor is seeking at least 3 talented individuals to help us publish our unique perspectives, expand our customer base and branding,Â and effectively serve clients.Â Â HIP is launching new products and services in Summer 2009 -Â leading indicesÂ that compete against traditional investments standards with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth.Â The HIP 100â„¢ Index is currently featured and tracked on www.HIPinvestor.com.

Role 1:Â Online Publishing & Networking

HIP Investor Inc. is seeking a talented individual to develop original content for media and social networks as well as contributing toÂ our ongoing publishing strategy.Â Expected outcomes include:Â creating features for publishing (e.g. Fast Company magazine), synthesizing the HIP research into industryÂ insights, and bloggingÂ about the investment markets –Â all inÂ partnership with HIP’s CEO.Â

Role 2:Â Innovative MarketingÂ & Social Media

HIP Investor Inc. is seeking a talented individual to create, plan and implement innovative marketing initiatives – including leveraging social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and JustMeans.Â Expected results include:Â understanding HIP’s target customers, connecting them with HIP’s services, and spreading awareness of HIP globally.

Role 3: Relationship Coordinator & Business Development

HIP Investor Inc. is seeking a talented individual to assist the CEO in cultivating and communicating with our clients.Â Â This role will work closely with HIP’s CEO and its clients to seek more Human Impact + Profit in portfolios.

Required Qualifications

Strong conceptual thinkerÂ who can weave case studies and metrics into their communications
Creative and innovative idea generator – who loves to make them happen
Deep interest in social measurement tools and outcomes – and how they drive profit
Easy grasp of how sustainability creates compelling portfolios
Great team player who can also work independently
Commit a minimum of 15 hours a week for a minimum of eight weeks

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship with the possibility of a bonus once portfolios attract customers. It is an unparalleled opportunity to transform the face of investing and be directly involved in building a new investment company.
